Although September and October may be the very best months of the year here in Utah, I'd have to say that I'm saddened by the retreat of Summer. July was a blur of heat and emotion when I nearly lost my Dad. August may as well have not existed (I can't remember anything of note). Then a week in Phoenix to record some music the fist part of this month and here we are closing the gap on September. I guess as you get older, blocks of time (like a summer) become a smaller percentage of your overall life and seem to pass more quickly.
In the near future I see lots of carwork, yardwork, housework, a week in Nicaragua and hopefully lots of good weather and good news.
Brooke has been getting a kick out of an old Polaroid camera we found at the D.I. for a buck. But don't be fooled, the film is quite pricey to have too much of a trigger finger.

Oh yay! An update... I can't really talk because my blog has been severely neglected as of late... I agree with you on the passing of time as we get older. It's so true. When we were kids, summer lasted forever! Now we're well on our way into fall. How does it happen? The Polaroid's are awesome! It looks like you guys live in the 70's... Fun... Love you guys...
